"SORTING" AT SNACK TIME!!

How about mixing snack time with math time?! This was so much fun for my students. First they were thrilled to have "breakfast" for snack time & I was thrilled to mix it with math & they just thought it was a fun game! Who says learning can't be fun?!!!

I found the "Fruity Cheerios Sorting" template at www.theprincessandthetot.blogspot.com and I printed & lamented enough for all my students.
Bought some off brand Fruit Loops & served them with a glass of milk & a banana for some added nutrition!
As they nibbled on their snack they sorted, counted & even made some cute happy faces.
SO MUCH FUN!!!
